Mornington Peninsula Health ABN 20790477004 (“MPH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.mph.net.au and provides allied-health, beauty and wellness services at 5 Beach Street Dromana VIC 3936.

Some cloud servers that store or process data for us may be located outside Australia. We ensure that any overseas recipient offers privacy protections substantially similar to the APPs.
7 Storage and security
We store electronic records on secure servers protected by firewalls, encryption, multi-factor authentication and routine back-ups. Hard-copy records are kept in locked cabinets with restricted staff access. We retain information only for as long as required by law or clinical guidelines.
8 Marketing communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in the footer or by contacting us. Transactional emails such as appointment reminders will still be sent while you have an active booking.
9 Access and correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask for corrections if it is inaccurate, out-dated or incomplete. Contact us in writing and we will respond within thirty calendar days.
10 Do Not Track
The Site does not alter its data-collection behaviour when it receives a Do Not Track signal from a browser.
11 Children
Our services and website are not directed to persons under eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with information without parental consent please contact us so we can delete it.
