Myotherapist & Body Energetics

Gem is well known for her intuitive, pin point hands on skills and she enjoys treating Chronic Pain, Spinal Issues, Neck and Shoulder Issues and Hip Problems the most. Having mindset coaching, and body energetics in her skill set, Gem really looks at the body's underlying stresses and more recently has opened up appointments in Body Energetics, as well as her traditional Myotherapy sessions. 

A caring, heart based therapist, with over 12 years of industry knowledge, she loves being able to create positive changes for her clients. Being a mother of 2 young children, in her spare time she laps up family time, enjoys her healthy social life, loves an adventure and is a sucker for a good cheese platter.

Osteopathy

 Gemma is a fully qualified osteopath, having completed 5 years of university study, and also holds a qualification in remedial massage with over four years of hands-on experience in the industry. With a background as a professional basketball player, Gemma brings a deep, first-hand understanding of the physical demands placed on the body and the wide variety of injuries and complaints that can come with them.  

She has a keen interest in treating chronic pain, spinal issues, women’s health-related conditions, and neck and shoulder concerns, but her true passion lies in working with sports-related injuries. Gemma combines her clinical knowledge with real-life experience to deliver effective, compassionate care tailored to each individual.  

Gemma is driven by a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better in their everyday lives. Her goal is to empower her patients through education, hands-on treatment, and long-term support, so they can return to the activities they love with confidence. Whether it’s getting out of pain, improving performance, or simply feeling stronger and more balanced, Gemma is committed to being part of each person’s journey to better health.

Lee is a doctor in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, with a special interest in Digestive health, Chronic Fatigue, and Pain. Lee is known as Natural Soul TCM and works Tuesdays and Saturdays at MPH, and has been working with us as one of the originals from Samsara Health & Beauty. 

Lee is deeply caring, grounded and extremely knowledgeable in natural medicine options. Well known for his Raw Herbs, treating and providing results with complex conditions and being a really humble person. In his spare time, Lee appreciates being in nature, spending time with his partner and daughter, qi gong, acroyoga and movement in general.

Emma came to Myotherapy and Remedial Massage after 15 years in the travel industry, guided by her naturally caring nature and a genuine desire to help people feel more at ease in their bodies. She loves supporting her clients to relieve pain, soften stress and tension, and improve movement, comfort, and overall day to day quality of life.

Emma takes a big picture approach to care and has a natural ability to make people feel truly seen and heard. She has a special interest in pregnancy care, stress relief, chronic and persistent pain, injury management, and long term conditions. Emma is a current member of AAMT and values continual learning as part of her ongoing professional growth.

Naomi brings over 27 years of experience in bodywork and therapeutic care. Her work combines remedial massage with kinesiology and clinical nutrition, allowing sessions to be held with both physical and holistic awareness.

Naomi offers Remedial Massage and Healing Remedial Massage, blending hands-on manual therapy with a more intuitive and energetic approach when appropriate. Her sessions are tailored to individual needs and may support physical relief, nervous system regulation and overall balance.

Naomi works with a calm, considered approach and is known for holding a supportive space for clients seeking both therapeutic treatment and deeper restorative care.

Colonic Hydrotherapist, Massage Therapist & Skin Therapist

Clarissa is known as Inner Glow Dromana and was one of our original therapists from Samsara Health & Beauty. She loves body treatments and is a strong believer in leading by example. She appreciates health and natural beauty solutions, and she is both an intuitive and scientific mix. 

Her favourite thing is to get results. Body treatments and internal body health are her two biggest areas of passion, hence the array of treatments on offer. 

Clarissa has a way that makes you feel safe and at ease, she's compassionate, open-minded and non judgemental.  In her spare time she loves going to the beach or a nature walk. 

Beauty Therapist, Laser and Skin Therapist

Rochelle is working 4 days a week doing all things Beauty. Coming from a speciality in Laser treatments, she was excited to be able to offer a broad range of beauty treatments again and is eager to specialise and study more in advance skin treatments. 

Rochelle is most passionate in helping clients reach their beauty goals and making them feel good about themselves. 

She is known as a people's person, adventurous and ambitious. She loves going to the beach, spending time with family and friends and travelling.

Dermal Clinician

Paris is a Dermal Clinician with over three years experience in treating a variety of skin conditions using an evidence based approach. 

As a degree qualified healthcare professional specialising in advanced skin treatments and therapies, she takes pride in educating her patients in caring for their skin, and helping them achieve results through a focus on assessment, diagnosis and management of various skin conditions. She can treat a range of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, as well as pigmentary disorders, sun damage, ageing skin and hair loss.

Patients describe Paris as caring, understanding and professional. Paris has a love for health and fitness, and spends her free time doing pilates, going for walks along the beach and cooking. 

Seaside Sauna was created on the foundation of ultimate self care. The founder, Candice Christmas being an avid sauna lover herself, researched and trialled many professional infrared saunas. With full spectrum wavelengths, a gentle heat and countless clinically-proven studies she couldn't believe the difference felt in this sauna. Seaside Sauna was officially created so others could feel the difference of the leading professional sauna too.

Seaside Sauna is a productive and healing space, with customised or pre-selected health settings available for everyone. It's a private room with all the extra touches - a shower for convenience, fresh towels, alkalise water and quality products. 

Tara Bulter is the founder of SiSu Hair Creations and is a well known hairdresser on the Mornington Peninsula, specialising in blonde and balayage colouring. 

Having over 15 years experience in the hairdressing industry Tara is extremely skilful and knowledge in the hair industry, providing herself on hair health, as well as the colour results for her clients. 

Tara is caring, loves a good laugh and story and enjoys really getting to know her clients.   

In her spare time, she enjoys taking her 2 children down to a local park, the beach or her new found love - going for a hike.
