The Candela GentleMax Pro offers more than just laser hair reduction. This laser industry dynamo also offers skin rejuvenation, pigmentation lightening and vascular reduction.
The science behind the technology. What this baby can do!
If you have ever tried IPL or other laser systems. Do yourself a favour, try and compare the Candela difference.
Why Upgrade to the Candela GentleMax Pro ?
Whilst we have loved our Gentlelase Pro, it was time for an upgrade. The Candela GentleMax Pro simply offers so many more features than the Gentlelase Pro, specifically its ability to excel in pigmentation and vascular therapies, whilst allowing those with a wider range of skin types to access affordable permanent hair reduction.
We often heard from our clients that they would have to travel to larger and higher volume clinics to access the specialty services that the GentleMax Pro affords.
As many in the beauty and laser industry are aware, investing in Candela Laser Technologies requires quite a hefty financial commitment for any business, unfortunately this means that many smaller clinics and salons are left out of the market. Many salons therefore resort to investing in more affordable alternative therapies such as IPL.
However, whilst these budget technologies often promise the world, they often fall short of meeting customer expectations. What is also concerning, is that many salons offer their services at the higher end of the price scale, a fee that is often comparable to that of GentleMax Pro session prices, but without the optimum results.
The Candela GentleMax Pro series is the world leader in laser hair removal and beyond, whilst offering:
The Candela GentleMax Pro is described as being the gold standard in laser for vascular, pigmentation and hair reduction treatment.
So instead of travelling far and wide for your favourite laser skin therapies, you can now conveniently have all your laser sessions here on the Mornington Peninsula at our conveniently situated clinic in Dromana.
Mornington Peninsula Health Dromana can now offer hair reduction for all skin types I-VI (Fitzpatrick skin scale).
Our new device can treat pigmentation and vascular skin disorders.
The GentleMax Pro can also be used to super charge facials and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

Rosacea is a lifelong condition. Currently there are no known cures for this skin issue.
Therefore, focus has been placed upon treating rosacea and managing the associated signs of redness and inflammation, implimenting the Candela GentleMax Pro rosacea laser therapy technologies.
Laser therapy cannot completely prevent rosacea associated redness. However, the aim of treatment is to lessen redness to a point where you gain confidence in your own skin, so that your day-to-day life is not impacted upon.
How many sessions?
An initial course of treatment typically consists of 4-6 sessions at 2-4 weekly intervals. Maintenance may be required when the rosacea flares. This is different for everyone.
Spider veins on the legs generally develop through the natural process of ageing. As we age, our skin, blood vessels and capillaries loose elasticity, and can increasing be seen under the skin surface.
Spider veins may however also be caused being on our feet for extended periods of time due to our careers, or may even develop during pregnancy.
How many sessions?
Some spider veins may only require one session, however, generally leg treatments will require more than one session.
Leg treatments are generally spaced between 8 - 12 week intervals. However, individual treatment plans are necessary.
Vascular lesions such as spider veins on the face, may be caused by the natural ageing process alongside certain lifestyle choices. Often these capillaries appear around the nose, on the cheeks, upper lip and chin.
How many sessions?
Some veins may only require one treatment with the Candela GentleMax Pro laser system, however treatment results will vary depending on each individual case.
Typically a facial vascular lesion will require 1-2 treatments.
Facial treatments are spaced at 4-6 week intervals. However, individual treatment plans are necessary.
