This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to all online and in-clinic product purchases from Mornington Peninsula Health (ABN 20 790 477 004).
All physical products (excluding digital gift vouchers) are shipped via Australia Post from our clinic in Dromana, Victoria.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is delayed:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and with proof of purchase with a receipt. To request an exchange, please contact info@samsarahealth.net.au with photos of the item, and send your return to:
