Shipping & Returns

This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to all online and in-clinic product purchases from Mornington Peninsula Health (ABN 20 790 477 004).

All physical products (excluding digital gift vouchers) are shipped via Australia Post from our clinic in Dromana, Victoria.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
• For backordered items, shipping may take up to 28 days. You will be notified if any delay applies.
• Gift cards are typically delivered via email unless you specifically select postal delivery at checkout, or arrange in-clinic collection from reception.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
   

• Gift cards
• Health and personal care items marked on sale (not purchased at full price)
• Perishable goods
• Pre paid service/ treatment sales online
  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
   

If your refund is delayed:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and with proof of purchase with a receipt. To request an exchange, please contact info@samsarahealth.net.au with photos of the item, and send your return to:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
