Led by Dr Catalina Avila-Lemos, Osteopath + Clinical Pilates Instructor, sessions can combine Clinical Mat Pilates, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining and, where clinically appropriate, hands-on osteopathic treatment.

You do not need to already be fit or experienced with Pilates. Your program starts from your current capacity and progresses from there.

Where clinically indicated, your appointment can combine active rehabilitation with osteopathic hands-on treatment.
For example, treatment may be used to address an area of pain or restricted mobility before transitioning into exercises that reinforce movement, strength and control.
