Barney is a qualified Master Breath and Movement Coach. Specialising in helping people find their way back into their bodies, recognise their nervous states and alter them appropriately.
After suffering for decades with anxiety, panic and chronic pain, Barney went on a self healing mission. To figure it out for himself, after coming to the realisation that no one else will be doing it for him. Learning that finding the right guides is essential, but keeping them as guides and using them to help you do the work yourself. Upon finding his guides he was able to begin healing on his terms. Now from all the experiences and learnings he aims to be a guide for others as best he can.

Barney's Breathwork journey has taken him from occasional ceremony attendee to learning the full spectrum of breath and using it in a daily practice to manage state and health. Breathwork is from the moment of opening the eyes through to closing again. And importantly whilst asleep. Our breath is so important, and as a society we have forgotten and neglected it.

Gemma Krumeich (Linnell) is a dedicated practitioner passionate about helping you live your life to the fullest and sharing the wisdom that comes from it. With a diverse background in various modalities, her approach is holistic, heart-centred, and transformative.
With over 12 years of experience in the health industry as a Myotherapist specialising in chronic pain, she discovered that our bodies hold more than just physical stress. They also retain emotional and energetic tension, which can lead to discomfort and ailments. Through body energetics, we explore and address these blockages using physical touch, energetic techniques, and breath work. This helps regulate your nervous system and clear issues on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual planes, enhancing your overall well-being and life.
A growth mindset empowers us to live authentically and embrace change. As a certified life and mindset coach, Gemma fosters openness, flexibility, and the drive to elevate every aspect of your life from okay to good, good to great, and from great to amazing. She loves incorporating trance and consciously guided meditations, and sprinkles growth mindset work throughout her individual and group sessions.
Her work is all about leading you back to yourself, resolving trauma or stress held in the body or heart, aligning the head and body, logic and intuition. The end goal isn't "the work" – it’s the ability to LIVE with freedom in your mind, heart, body, and spirit.
